Keyring

Guided demo

See a sale move in five minutes

Seven steps, both ways into Keyring, three agents at work. Every person, property and document is synthetic, and every email lands in the outbox, never a real inbox.

Reset the demo

This puts the demo people and their sales back to the start. Real accounts and sales on this site aren’t touched.

  1. 1

Alex lists 14 Oak Road and adds the seller

    Next

The agent's entry point. The listing carries the upfront information buyers need.

    1. Add the property. The form is filled in with the demo details.
    2. On the property page, add Helen Carter as the seller and Linden Law (james.okafor@example.com) as her conveyancer.
  2. 2

Priya books viewings on two homes

Her buyer profile, with agreement in principle and deposit, is filled in once and goes with every booking.

    1. Open 14 Oak Road from its listing link and book a viewing, sharing your profile.
    2. Do the same for 22 Elm Grove.
    3. Alex sees the same profile on both interests.
  3. 3

Priya offers on Oak Road and Helen accepts

Accepting opens the sale: every step, who holds it, and a draft memorandum of sale.

    1. As Priya, make an offer on 14 Oak Road from your home page.
    2. As Helen, accept it. Linden Law gets its invite to act for her.
  4. 4

Sarah opens a chain and Keyring matches it

The conveyancer's entry point. Keyring finds the agent's listing, so nobody types the sale twice.

    1. As Sarah at Hart & Co, create a chain for Priya's purchase. The form is filled in.
    2. Keyring sees Alex already lists 14 Oak Road and asks him to approve.
    3. As Alex, approve it on the property page. Hart & Co joins the sale.
  5. 5

    James uploads the contract pack

The contract pack reader flags a missing Building Regulations certificate and drafts the enquiry.

    1. As James at Linden Law, accept the invite to act for Helen.
    2. On the Documents tab, upload the sample contract pack.
    3. As Sarah, approve the drafted enquiry. It goes to James on the chain.
  6. 6

The survey comes in and Keyring triages it

Survey triage flags the condition rating 3 roof with its page and the stated estimate.

    1. As Priya, upload the sample survey on the Documents tab.
    2. Open Issues. Choose to renegotiate on the roof, and Keyring drafts the note.
    3. Approve the note. Helen and Alex see the shared summary, not the whole survey.
  7. 7

Who holds every step, and one chase for stalled searches

8 Willow Close is six weeks in. Searches have sat with Hart & Co past their chase point.

    1. As Alex, open 8 Willow Close. The ring shows who holds each step.
    2. Press Check for stalls now. Keyring drafts one merged chase to Sarah.
    3. Approve the chase. It's posted on the chain and Sarah gets it straight away.
