Pricing

£25 to start a sale, or to automate your side.

Whoever starts a sale pays £25 and gets Keyring’s automation on their own side. Every other business on the sale joins free with the full tracker, and can automate its own side for the same price. Buyers and sellers never pay.

01Who pays

One business starts the sale. Everyone else joins free.

The business that starts a sale pays for it, and nobody you invite has to. Buyers and sellers are always free.

Your first 10 sales are free.

Run your first 10 sales on Keyring before paying anything. Keyring shows how many you have left. After that, starting a sale costs £25.

Earn more: when a business you invite starts its first sale on Keyring, you get one more free sale.

02Free or automated

What’s free, and what’s automated.

Free means Keyring shows the work. Automated means Keyring’s AI does the work, and you approve it.

03Each side

What each business gets.

Three businesses on a sale can automate their side. Each keeps the free tracker and adds the chores Keyring can do for that role.

  • EA

    Estate agent

Get the sale from accepted offer to exchange without it falling through.

    With automation, Keyring

    • Sets up the sale when an offer is accepted: drafts the memorandum of sale and the invitations for you to send.
    • Tells you which sales are at risk, and why, with a morning briefing.
    • Chases whoever is holding a stalled step with one merged message, instead of five.
    • Drafts a plain-English update for the buyer and the seller.
    • Shows the slowest link in a chain and drafts a note to that sale’s agent.
  • SC

    Seller’s conveyancer

Prepare and send the contract pack, answer the buyer’s enquiries and get the seller to exchange.

    With automation, Keyring

    • Pre-fills the seller’s property forms from the title and the sale, then flags answers that don’t match the documents. The seller still signs.
    • Checks the title register and plan for restrictions, mortgages to pay off, missing plans and names that don’t match.
    • Drafts the request to the managing agent for a leasehold pack, and chases it.
    • Sorts the buyer’s enquiries and drafts a reply, with its source, for each one your documents already answer.
  • BC

    Buyer’s conveyancer

Check the property and the title, raise enquiries and report to the buyer.

    With automation, Keyring

    • Reads the contract pack and lists the issues by page, with a drafted enquiry for each.
    • Summarises the search results in plain English and flags what needs a look.
    • Matches each reply to its enquiry and drafts follow-ups for vague answers.
    • Drafts the first version of the report on title in plain English, citing every source.
    • Keeps a live exchange checklist and drafts the signing and deposit instructions.

Every draft waits for your approval. Keyring summarises and flags; you decide.

04Questions

The plain answers.

Who pays, what happens when you are invited, and what Keyring will and won’t do on its own.

What counts as a sale?

One property, one seller and one buyer. Keyring is the shared workspace for that sale, from an accepted offer to exchange of contracts. Everyone on the sale sees the same steps and who is holding each one.

Who pays?

Whoever starts the sale pays £25. That is an estate agent recording an accepted offer, or a conveyancer opening a case that doesn’t match a sale already on Keyring. Nobody else pays unless they choose to automate their own side, for £25.

What if I’m invited to a sale?

You join free, with the full tracker: every step, your own milestones, documents and messages. Everything you have to do on a sale works without paying. Where Keyring could do the work for you, it shows what it would do and a button to automate your side for £25. A conveyancer whose new case matches a sale already on Keyring joins it as an invited business and doesn’t pay the starter’s £25.

What happens after the free sales?

Your first 10 sales are free, and Keyring shows how many you have left. After that, each sale you start costs £25. Keyring shows the price and asks you to confirm payment before it creates the sale. If a payment fails, nothing is created and you can try again.

Can I earn more free sales?

Yes. Invite an estate agency or a conveyancing firm that isn’t on Keyring yet to one of your sales. When they start their first sale on Keyring and someone else joins it, you get one more free sale. That’s one for each business you bring in, for their first sale only.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout, so you see the full amount before you pay. Your receipt shows the price, the VAT and the total.

Do buyers and sellers pay?

No. Buyers and sellers are always free. They join a sale by link, with no account to set up and nothing to install.

Is anything sent without approval?

Nothing leaves without a person’s approval. Keyring drafts, flags and fills in, and a person approves each draft before it goes, apart from routine reminders that person has already said can be sent. Keyring never drafts or changes bank details.

How are payments handled?

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never touch Keyring. A business saves a card once, and each payment (starting a sale or automating a side) is confirmed by a person at that moment. Each payment gets a receipt by email.
